What are SPECIAL EVENTS ?
In an effort to give back to the various children's charities, disaster relief organizations, and other special community programs, we established a special fund to allow us to provide a wide variety of FREE or low cost services to as many charitable or non profit groups and organizations as possible each year.
When disaster hits, we often help provide FREE entertainment for the residence shelters, and relief workers to help ease the stress. We donate all types of toys and games for the children, to help occupy their time while in shelters, and provide other services to help the area get through the rough times !
How is this program funded ?
When anyone books an event or service with our company a portion of our profits are directed into a special fund to help offset the cost of providing "FREE" or reduced cost of the Special Event Services.
All Labor, Travel Time and Equipment is provided by our company, and if not a fully sponsored event, we fund the difference in the cost using Special Event Services fund.
Please Note : We are not a Not For Profit organization !
We fund the Special Events Program directly from our profits !

Every year the list of organizations needing special entertainment for their events gets larger. The Dream Weavers have always tried to provide quality entertainment FREE or at a very low cost for the selected events. Over the years our company has provided special event services to hundreds of organizations funded directly by profit from our regular paid events. Sadly there are times we have to turn down some organizations and events due to high demand or so many requests lack of corporate or private sponsorship.
Why become a Special Events Sponsor ?
Corporate and private sponsorship as well as donations can help us to continue providing FREE or Low Cost entertainment services to a wide variety of adult and children's charities.
As a corporate and private sponsor :
As a private or corporate sponsor you may elect to have your name or logo on our trailers or choose to receive other special recognition when we are called on to help with a special event and can benefit your company in many ways !
If you would like to become a sponsor or help continue this program by making a donation, and would prefer to remain anonymous, we will honor that wish !
We would be pleased to invite sponsors or their spokespersons to be there with us, to see how much your help is appreciated. If this is not possible, our DJ's or MC's will let everyone know about your special contribution and commitment to the community.
