New Year's Special Pictures

Nellie Meyers & Rita Helms

Nellie Meyers, manager of The Turkey Run Inn and Rita Helms, widow of recording artist Bobby Helms.

Bobby Helms recorded numerous gold and platinum records over the years including Jingle Bell Rock, My Special Angel and many other songs still very popular today. 

DJ, The Dream Weaver and the founder of  Associated Entertainment presented Rita with "The Associated Entertainment Dream Weavers Award" honoring Bobby Helms for his contribution to our nations music heritage, and Rita's effort to keep his music available for future generations to enjoy.

Mark is nationally known as one of America's funniest comedians, motivational speaker, private or corporate entertainer and is one of our most popular performers.

The picture was taken when Rita Helms joined Susie and I at a Show Club where mark was appearing in Terre Haute Indiana.
